Title: A/C photo upload denied, no reason displayed

I tried to upload a photo of an A/C to the photo gallery and the "submit" button was grayed-out. Pic meets guidelines. Anyone have a clue what's wrong? TIA (https://i.imgur.com/2GqRj2z.png)
