Hi All

Question on behalf of a german RB user (suffering language problems) whose account has extinguished:
Username (ANRB xxxx) as asked for will not be recognized when typed in !?

Please give him a hand.

Is he entering the serial number on the back of the RB as asked and not using his login username?
