Update: ATC on 123.925 MHZ asked about the nature of the flight. Pilot asked that the question be repeated...twice. Then replied "We are a special charter"

Very interesting, was about to say when I read the post title that Speedbird 1 brought back memories of Concorde using that call sign.
I have noted several other diplomatic flights out of Andrews this evening. These are flights related to the G20 meetings in Washington.
