I was wondering if anyone in Christchurch, New Zealand has a AirNav radarbox ?
I was interested specifically in the flights from Christchurch to Ross Island Antarctica,
The USAF and RNZAF fly C17, Hercules, Orion down south to support the NZ and US Antarctic Program's.
Runways would be NZPG or NZWD

I am not in New Zealand But Australia.
I Know that their is somebody with a RB in Auckland.
If you really want to see some of these flightsyou will have to get an RB your self:-)
You would not be able to see the flights of the Air force aircraft on the map but you will be able to see them in the Aircraft list if it helps:-)

I think you're being a tad optimistic - Pegasus Field and Williams Field are over 2000nm from Christchurch, whereas Mode S transmissions are line-of-sight and even over the sea you would be lucky to get 250nm range.
Yep - realise that the S transmissions are short range but wasn't sure how much information comes back. (still googling half this stuff & going through the AirNav pdf manual I downloaded!)
Bought the November issue of "Silicon Chip" (Aussie electronics mag) this morning and started looking at this stuff.
