I don't know if this is possible but on the aircraft display on the left it displays all aircraft.

What I want to know is if it is possible just to display the ones that you are tracking and not the ones that you are watching?

If you mean, the ones which are ADS-B and hence only being shown on the map.
Above the Flight list the right most button says shows ADS-B.

That will mean your list will only show the aircraft tracked.
