Was going through mylog today and found this:
C0893B C-GZZE Sundance SBA-210 Canada 130 Mil Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd.
Not sure about the ModeSCountry being "Canada 130 Mil", but the rest points to a hot air balloon! :)

C0893B was at one stage being (mis)used by Canadian Forces C-130H 130339. That will be what you picked up.
