With thanks to Fighter Control site. This appears to be F15s over Cardigan Bay Wales also reported are Java and Panther callsigns.

They seem to be a2a refueling with QUID 01...working 278.6 if you have airband, in the block FL250-280. Also have MUGGER 12 on airband, but not on seen him yet on ANRB.
