Just picked up N365SK (A42079) Jetran Dornier 328 heading south at FL310 slightly west of EGCC

anyone any ideas what he's doing so far from home?

Search on the net has it as in storage???

OTT spotters have it routing Goose Bay to Reykavjik then Ostend
Maybe headed for Govt work in Afghanistan or even UN work somewhere??
