PSYCHO22 squawked 7700 Emergency (2013-01-18 11:08 UTC)

Picked up on RadarBox24. 

Don't think I would want to be on that flight right from the get-go.  Any information?

Sounds like a Mil flight with that ID

FYI - I have that callsign attached to ZK381 Typhoon  FGR4 6SQ - Picked up over Scotland yesterday. It squawked 0232 and 6136
