Once again, The new Navdata Installer can be downloaded from the link below:
http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/DBUpdater/ANRBDBUpdater20130406.exe

For checking your installation this one has 195,505 records.

Downloaded and applied without any problem.
One observation that on route table there is a flight 'D;H3UP'  is that correct?

That should read DLH3UP Kenny, amended in d/b
