Title: satellite layer downloads?

hi does anybody know if the satellite layer downloads are still available now. i'm using version 3.13 and nothing happens when i click save. if not then is there anyway of using osm mapping without the function?.

The satellite layer and OSM have been unavailable for a couple of years
