Faulty RB?

Hello everyone,
I have two AirNav RadarBoxes with a very nice wimo antenna setup on top of my house,
my usual radarbox gives me very nice reception with an average of 60 msgs/sec that sometimes even reaches 100 msgs/sec! I'm quite happy with it.

However, a second RB that I bought for a friend gave me 30 messages per second at first... now it wont go over 10 and 90% of the time it stays on zero messages per second and rarely gives me any aircraft signals... I'm almost certain that the second radar box is faulty because I'm using both on the my own antenna setup... one radar box gives me amazing signals.. the other gives me almost none...

How do I go about fixing this?

Any help would be much appreciated!
