Network Access Renewal

I was prompted to renew my network access today. I recall at some point in the past that if I left my sharing function on it would count for some type of discount upon renewal. Is this accurate or am I misunderstanding something?

I'm afraid it's wrong. As I understand it, it was originally AirNav's plan to give sharing credits, but that was when they planned to charge a lot more for network access. For a long time (possibly since the actual release of the RadarBox), that plan was dropped in favour of a fixed lower network price.

Thanks for the information. I'm in the process of buying another year. I do have a question that may be off topic but, what is the difference between ACARS Decoder 2 and AirNav ACARS Decoder Platinum ?
