Map Boundary Error

The line highlighted in this image is NOT the US/Canadian border ... even though it does toggle w/ the Country Boundary switch.  The error is not new to 3.06.

Its the map data we use. We have tried to get it updated in that past as well :)

Is this a similar problem to when I hover over the North Sea, the display says "Map Center: Atlantic Ocean"
