radarbox shuts down network

I'am running version 2010 3.13 on my new computer with windows xp prof.
The problem is that radarbox shut's down the network line a few times a day.
After this has happened i cant shut down radarbox on the normal way only by ctrl-alt del and i have to restart the computer .
Can anybody help ?

The connection between my computer and internet is down. Radarbox works fine on the external antenna but i cant shut it down on the normal way.
I'am not able to search on the internet and dont have a connection with real time network.
I already asked the computer shop but they said there must be something wrong with the radarbox software because when i dont run radarbox the connection stays correct.

The RadarBox software isn't going to shut down your connection to the Internet.

not sure what you mean by not being able to shut down the RB software in the 'normal way'.

What version of RB software are you running?

Like i already mentioned in the previous message i use the 2010 - 3.13 2D version.
When i run radarbox for a while my real time network box stays green but the network planes are 0 . At that moment my connection to the w.w.w (internet ) is disconnected for some reason and this only happens when RB is running.
If i try at that moment to shut down radarbox by clicking on the cross in the right upper corner nothing happens and i have to stop radarbox by ctrl-alt-del and shut down the computer .
Some times the computer shuts down and sometimes he doesn't react at all and i have to click the button on the front off the computer to restart.

My system is hard wired and i never had any problems with my previous computer running windows xp home. Since i use my new computer that runs windows xp pro i have this nasty problem . Maybe its explorer 8 that give's the problem and not the radarbox.
