Trouble re-installing

I had some problems with my laptop and did a complete reformat and reload of all programmes. With Radarbox I am having trouble. I went to reload 3.13 and it asks me for location data but will not allow me to enter it. I.e. when I click OK it just hangs. I went back and tried it with 3.07 and I had a similar problem. It asked for location data and opened the preferences panel. Once again it hung once I clicked on ok. I also noted that all the colours were white on the "colours" tab.

Anyone have any ideas for me? It was working fine before....

Try starting Rbox in demo mode and enter you details and afterwards it should then start up normally.

Sorry don't know why all the colours are white but if you click on the airport box for example you should be able to choose the colour you need.
