Sometimes when i first switch the box on it goes into full screen mode, pressing the escape button does not help. It has happened twice now and after i remove from computer and reinstall it comes up the normal screen. Any advise please?

Get the Radarbox display setup how you like it, then goto MENU - WINDOW - RECORD DESKTOP

Thanks tarbat, i'll try that. Only had it a week or so,still trying to get used to it
