no more "myflights"

I don't have  "myflights" on the screen.

On the box only the powerled is on.

I still have the network flights. I already installed an newer soft version 3.13 without results.

On the program sometimes  the light hardware connected is red.
Anybody an idea?

Ok try a couple of items

1.) Check driver is installed, if not install it

3.) Change your USB lead
