A/C show on map far away

mode s 4bcd64 coded TCSKD registred aircraft take of from Antalya TURKEY but on map it is shown in west of africa.

i have this problem for 2 more A/C. do you have any idea to fix this problem. is this problem transponder problem of aircraft?
