In the light of so many Android tablets around, is there any chance that the software could be adapted to run on this OS?

Adapted isn't the right word. It would need a new software built from scratch for an android tablet.

Is there such a demand for customers running there RadarBoxes with tablets? We haven't tested it this yet, but is there enough power on the USB ports for RB.
