Lost password ??

Hi all,
the weekend I had a H/D crash and after fitting new drive the only Airnav radar box
software I could find on the site is the 3D version, is this 2D and 3d ?  My problem is now I have lost my password!
I have sent 2 emails to support over the last 2 days with no reply..
How long should it take to get a reply from support ?

Did you get a ticket id? If not we didn't get it (checking now we have no unanswered tickets), use the contact page on the site to send it again or PM us your serial number.
