Eham Holding Patterns

Hello to you all,
I want to put onto my map the holding patterns for Schiphol (EHAM), SUGOL,ARTIP and RIVER. Can anyone tell me if and where I can download these and how I load them onto my map. I only want the holds and no other fixes, control areas ect as the map will then be to cluttered.

The holding patterns are basically outlines just like the airfield ones that Rod does.  These are the same as for the SBS box.  Therefore you may wish to search places like:
