HELP NEEDED MY HARDWARE IS SAYING UNCONNECTED

hi all i live in auckland new zealand,
i have moved from the uk and since being here i have not been able to get my air nav 2009 to work,
on the main screen my hardware in in red saying unconnected,
and on thne box it has a green power light but the other two are not on,


will will be gratful with any help

I would suggest you first look at your USB cable and replace it

Try unplugging from power (USB) wait 15secs then reconnect.
