I receive this message from task bar.....Pre created account not yet activated..... is this the reason I have no access to signal from box.....

Many thanks to all who replied, I discovered it was a driver problem, had to download and install to computer, now working fine, have to read all tutorials to discover what is going on with this great looking system...thanks again ........
