Map View ?

Greetings, when I open the radar box program, this shows the views of 3D View - Map View - and Split View disabled, none is selected, I always have one selected to be able to see the aircraft on my screen? I'm asking this because when I open the program sometimes I don't see my flights, but to select Map View appear on the screen, this not me happened before, I need help, thank you.
