As previous, excellent work by the volunteers keeping our RBs going voluntarily and for free, when AN take our money and don't do anything to improve their sadly lacking product - wasn't there talk about a year ago about some new piece of software that would get rid of some of the glitches that we've had to put with, having paid out £400 for the privilege!
