Runnings windows 7 p does not recognise airnavbox

Rardarbox program opens OK green light is on in the Radarbox, but does not recognise radarbox, hardware:connected bottom left will not turn green, working perfect on my widows xp, help, thanks

Is this your first time of using RB on Windows 7 or has it worked OK previously.

Is it the 64bit version of Windows 7 and if so have you downloaded and installed the 64bit drivers from the support page.

Alan thanks, no its the first time, i have downloaded the 64 bit its on may desktop.
running as administer, i cant see airnav in device manager,?

sorry Alan when i turn the airnav box it come up in, other devices,when i try to find drivers on desktop it does not see them

The drivers are in a zipped format, have you unzipped them

From device Manager click on the RB Icon.  Hardware/Properties/Change Settings/Driver/Update Driver/Browse my Computer for Driver Software in the box type the location of your drivers or press browse and take it to your driver location and then press OK to start the installation process
