No signal or usb neon

Hi

Could anyone advise if they have a solution for the following.

RB connected, drivers installed and green power neon lit, the signal or usb neons are not lit and despite trying a different antenna as suggested by help desk still no luck.

Is this the first time you have tried the box or has it been working before.

What software version are you using and what OS?
