Why don't Air Nav Systems include  an up to date CD with NAV BOX instead of one for an old system I am waiting delivery because they are out of stock which is a good time to include Windows 8 and 10

Maybe you would be better asking Airnav but I would imagine that the original Radarbox was last produced around 2010.  You will get the up to date software on the support page.
