Hi,

Purchased the above for my laptop.
I can only get it to load up with an internet connection.
Going to use this when out and about with no connection.
What am I doing wrong ?

It only needs to be connected to the internet on its first operation thereafter the internet is not needed and it can be used as standalone

Hi,
Still doesn't load without internet connection.
When click 'connect' get 'couldn't connect server' message.
After 3 attempts it closes.
With internet connection lads straight away.
Any ideas ?

I have no idea why you cant run it without the internet so I suggest you contact support

Hi,

Just had a instant reply :

Sorry but the micrRB does require a internet connection with the RadraBox software to work.

So if you want to use it whilst out and about you can't !

Strange as used it in Saudi with no internet in October !

I have used it and the Flightstick at airports without internet previously without issues.  The Flightstick can definitely be used without internet connection indeed I have just tried it on my laptop and it is working away fine without internet

Just switched off the internet on my main computer and closed down and restarted RB with my Micro RB and have 3 aircraft showing in MyFlights so it does work without internet as I suggested

What log in details are you using, the ones for your original box or your Radarbox log in details.  If you are using your Radarbox24 log in, try it with your original Radarbox log in and see if that makes a difference

Just had it confirmed by support that using your PGANRB log in you will have no problems but if using your Radarbox log in you require internet
