I think this is a CL-601 but can not help with the reg.

Hello

It should be various CL60 of Germany Air Force but due to a bug which Airnav are aware of, anything with tactical as the registration comes up with various F-15 of USA air force. We use  tactical in the database when various military aircraft use the same hex code.
