Distance filter on MyFlights

If I apply a filter for Dist(NM) on MyFLights, anything without a distance readout is excluded.  For example, I want to exclude any aircraft more than 100nm away, so I apply Dist<000100.  But that also excludes those with an unknown distance.

Shouldn't aircraft with unknown distance be included in a "<" filter?
