no pwr on light

hi all
just noticed my green pwr on light is not showing but the rb seems to be running all be it with a little less sensitivity than usual anybody come across  this before

Have you changed anything regarding your system such as added extra USB devices or using RB through a USB extender?

no nothing has changed since original installation march this year

hi support if you see this the sensetivity on my box is now down from 200-250 messages normally to under75 range is less than half on my polar diagram compared to normal have installed original software on a laptop still the same running wimo external aerial with pre-amp.amp is new and was working fine  have put on supplied aerial and compared polar diagram with originals seems to have slightly less range  now. with wimo system could see down to wales and into ireland now only see 50-75 miles from home location in ne england any ideas
