As a new customer of the radarbox I seem to have a problem with the software.
Only occasionally does a photo show!
Is this a problem on my machine or a problem with the software?

AFAIK, the autopopulate function that provides aircraft registrations and photos is currently not working following the major Airnav server failure.  So, probably not a problem with you setup.  Hopefully Airnav will get this part of their server working soon.
