Installed radarbox on new pc

Help ....
I have this morning installed my radar box onto my new pc , but now it will not open up the program.
When i enter the username & password (from cd sleeve) it says they are not correct , and its locked me out twice now .

Are you installing RadarBox 2009. If not download and install it from and try that:

Hi .. yes it was all downloaded etc ..

Strange thing now .... i have it working !!!
