How do I retrieve my password

Hi All,

I have re-installed on new box and can't remember password. I sent email yesterday to support@ but heard nothing :-(

Is there an easier way to retrieve it?

If passwords were easy they would be pointless!

Support are usually pretty good - have you checked your spam folder?

Is it not on the label on the CD cover?

No its not on CD cover ( Maybe I changed CD cover )

If you send us your RB serial we can give you the password.

Just did a quick search of email ukpbz but couldn't find any tickets in the system with it unless you send the support ticket from another email.
