Cant get on to the network

Hi there, i have tried to get on to the network for the last two weeks and failed

AirNav works and I see all the aircraft in my area
My account has not expired

Please tell me what to do from scratch

1. Check that you have GET FLIGHTS FROM RADARBOX NETWORK ticked on the NETWORK tab

2. Check you account is active - MENU - TOOLS - NETWORK ACCOUNT INFORMATION

3. Check - are aircraft registration details and pictures downloading okay?

Do you know what Tarbat, i don`t have RadarBox interface panel anymore.
