Just installed latest full version on my new laptop running windows 7 but cannot get it recognise the rb from any of the usb ports all I get on the rb is two blue flashing lights,can anyone help.

Not familiar with Windows 7, but have you installed the RB driver as provided as part or the RB software installation?

Can you see RB in the Windows Properties > Hardware setup?

Will the driver be on the original installation disk only.
