hardware issuses

can anyone heip im geting no joy from my airnav box it still wont connect for me ive tried everything im not the best in computers can anyone bring me step by step in installing drivers i persume thats why usb device not recinised keeps coming up all of a sudden this is happening why please help me thanks

tryed that theres no driver present how do i reinstall the drivers

If I were you I would uninstall the software ane then restart your PCand re-install your software and start again remembering to start in demo mode first to enter all you details.

Before uninstalling back up your MyLog.db3 and NavData.db3 both found in your Data File in the AirNav directory.

When you disconnect and reconnect your USB cable I always use the same USB port.

Check the forum for tips if you are using Vista or Windows 7

Thats a step by step on how to install the drivers. Please try that and advise us where your having issues otherwise sending back to us won't help if its a driver issue your side.
