Alerts Stopped Working

Hi All,

My alerts have unfortunately stopped working.

It was working fine yesterday, but when I updated the list it's now stopped.

All I did yesterday was to update the list of regs, I didn't change anything else. The list of aircraft that I used also forms the basis of smart view, which was also updated, and this morning an aircraft is appearing in smart view which I should have had an alert for, but didn't

A search in the alerts confirms that the aircraft is indeed in the list, yet no email alert, pop up, or sound was given.

Any ideas?
