Drastic Reduction in ''My Flights''

This first occurred Saturday last.  Up till them I have averaged around 25-30, sometimes in the fifties. My live coverage is restricted,always has been,  due having ''issue'' antenna on my windowsill 3 floors up.For the past couple of days  I have been lucky to have 10 contacts (ADSB)
I always relied on network for EGLL deps via CPT and MAY, but BPK, DVR  and WOBUN/BUZAD, have been able to see ''live'' for some way out, now seemingly no longer. All connections are ok, and all hardware lights have been burning brightly. Can't figure out why this is . Any ideas anyone please.

Are you using an external antenna? Check your antenna conections first.

Thanks for prompt reply Airnav. I have never used an external antenna. Would love to  but not allowed that luxury. As mentioned, all connections OK,  green ,blue and white lights as they should be, and polar diagram as it has always been. All bit of a mystery. At one point last Friday  had nearly 60 showing on ''My Flights'', but since then very few. Hopefully maybe just some odd occurrence.
