Show airport names but not runways

I want to show the airport identifiers but not the grey lines which I assume are the runways.  Is there a way to remove those runways / lines as seen in the attached screenshot?

In Preferences - Map Colours, you could try setting the colour for runway extensions to black.

If you had the time and patience you could enter the airfields you want into the custom list.
