Map problem

Help needed.

I have a slight map problem probably caused by myself pressing the wrong buttons. When AN opens up, the map of my home location is opening up in a small size, I then have to go into Map>Set Map To and scroll down to my preset home location and click on that and the map then opens up in its correct size.

This never used to happen but having recently changed from Vista to a new machine with Windows 7 Home Premium something would appear to have gone awry. can anyone please advise.

Try:
1. MENU - WINDOW - CLOSE ALL
2. MENU - MAP - OPEN/SAVE - OPEN MAP, and select the map you want open
3. MENU - WINDOW - RECORD DESKTOP

Thanks for that. It worked a treat and everything is back as it should be.
