Air Berlin/Niki

Question for AN :

All the Air Berlin flights based at Palma which operate under Niki flight IDs and trundle back and forth from the Spanish mainland to the Balearic Islands would appear from today to all have had their flight ID's changed. This is resulting on route details no longer being shown. Will the auto-populate route function in Preferences pick this up and gradually restore the route details against the new flight ID's ?

Sorry for the late reply, If they are valid Flight IDs then yes they will eventually get added to the routes.

If they have only changed there Flight ID over the Mode-S details then they may never be included. If its valid flight is which is published and picked up it will get added.

Thanks for that. I reckon that they are new valid flight ID's perhaps changed for the winter schedules although they would appear to be  2-3 weeks early. I'll just have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully, the routes will update.
