input port and server stays yellow

oke airnav,
it is working again
then for your interest,a minor problem but if you close down the program with the x
it closes,but it will remain in the task manager under services
i have to remove it from the task manager,then i can start it again

same here it was yellow this morning, at lunch and now. i have switcheed off for the day
