Lower Case hex codes

Suddenly we're getting these hex codes in lower case, which either the database isn't recognising, or which are new things that aren't in or shouldn't be in the database.

Anyone know what's happening?

EDIT - they are all in the San Francisco area, and Airframes doesn't seem to know any of them, even in capitals. Just watched one landing at SFO, so probably not UAVs.

Could this be a dodgy RadarBox?

Hi Rod,

I first noted these a couple of days ago and advised Airnav, hopefully they and their source are being traced.  None of the hex codes decode to anything on the FAA list so no idea what they are.
