Airnav alerts not working

Good afternoon I reinstalled my airnav the
alerts email appear on the bottom of the
Airnav radar box screen but don't seem to be
Going to hotmail account since yesterday
I checked my firewall is ok
Any ideas

Just checked email alerts and they are working OK.  Have you checked your spam folder and have you entered your email address correctly and ticked all the appropriate boxes.

email alerts working fine, just did a test to check.  Check your setting again

Check your alert settings.  Double check your alerts list is correct, the correct boxes are ticked and your email address is correct.
