RadarBox Pro Problem w/Preference Box

I am looking for assistance with a problem with the File/Preference box where box cannot be resized to apply or enter preferences.  I am running Win 8 using administrator and Win 7 compatibility.  Other than that the program is running on the 64bit driver.  I have attempted to use the resizeenablerunner program and starting in demo mode.  Any suggestions appreciated.

This is one of the bugs I raised a few years back, that has still not been fixed and that was when WIN7 was new.
The resizing of the fonts did not work on my Dell Laptop and I have to use Resize Enable each time I want to make a change.
