Radar box alerts and avg

Good morning in running airnav radar box 3.13
All working fine I had a free norton anti virus for 39 days
Then I purchased avg for reason the alerts
Appear to be at the bottom of my screen but I get no alerts
Now my gmail or hotmail accounts
I'm not sure if there is a problem with the alerts
Or the avg
Look forward to your reptiles
