Can I upload my information to airnav24 using radarbox 4.03 software

If you haven't switched off sharing (file->preferences->radarbox->"Share Flight Data") in the ANRB software you are already sending data to RB24.com.

Yes as Ingo states.  Create an account here https://www.radarbox24.com/signup and when you Log In go to Options/Account and link your box.
